Frequently Asked Questions

How does this work?

Sign up for one of our subscription packages.  Select your terms and make your payment. Your first subscription box will  ship the week of the 15th unless you cancel. You will be notified prior to renewal.  Longer subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. Gift subscriptions do not renew and will automatically terminate at the end of the subscription period, no need to cancel.


When should I sign up in order to receive this month's subscription package?

Any new subscription orders received by the 17th of the current month will receive that month's subscription box.  Orders received after the 17th will receive the next month's subscription package.  


When will my package be mailed?

Subscription packages will be mailed the week of the 15th of each month.  Subscription orders received by the 17th will be mailed that week.  Orders received after the 17th will be shipped the following month.  


How will I be billed for my subscription?

Monthly plans will renew on or around the 1st or the 15th of the month according to the subscription box that you order.  


Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes.  You can cancel your subscription at anytime.  Pre-paid subscriptions will be fulfilled and not refunded.



What's in the package?

Our care packages include a variety of snacks ranging from popular name brand items to gourmet treats.  Candy subscriptions will contain a variety of candy ranging from chocolate to hard confections.  Our stimulus care package and candy tray subscriptions will be tailored around holidays.
