Packaging & Shipping

We assemble and design all of our gifting products.  We don't make it until you order it, so there is no need to worry about expired items.  We also include a gift card with a message for no additional charge.  Simply include your message at the time of ordering and we will attach your message to the gift.  Although we make every effort to ensure that your package arrives at your doorstep just the way that we sent it out, please be aware that settling of some products may occur.

Standard Delivery (48 Contiguous United States ) except subscriptions

Orders are shipped via Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days.  Holidays will require 3 business days.  The method of delivery is determined by the size and weight of the package and is selected by us at the time the order is shipped.   

Subscription Order Mailings

Subscription boxes ship the week of the 15th every month.

Special Notes Regarding Shipping to Apartments

We include signature confirmation for all orders being shipped to an apartment. We will not be responsible for any orders "not received" if the shipping carrier reports that the item was delivered.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post   
  • Shipping charges are determined by the weight and dimensions of the package.   
  • Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or 1st class mail and can take up to several weeks to arrive.  

Availability of Products

We reserve the right to substitute an item or items of equal or lesser value in all of our care packages/gift baskets should a product included in our care packages/gift baskets become scarce or discontinued. 

Special Notes Regarding Returned Items

Due to the perishable nature of the items we sell, all sales with us are final.  If for any reason your package is returned to us as "undeliverable," but is in usable condition, we will issue a refund for the price of the package minus an $8.00 return fee.  If the care package is returned damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund.   

If you have received damaged, broken, or defective merchandise please contact us at so that we can address the issue.  If we determine that a refund is in order,  please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and credit issued.  You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item and applicable sales tax.  Credit will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.  Shipping and handling charges will not be credited unless the reason for the return is our error.
